I. Scope of the Quality Management System
Provision of design, executive and advisory services in the field of construction, reconstruction, renovation or operation of technical gas installation facilities, with particular reference to liquid atmospheric gas regasification stations and installations supplying laser cutters.
II. Process approach
The Quality Management System operating at Centrogaz Paweł Kłysz is based on a process management model. The objectives of the process are supervised by the company owner throughout the manufacturing stage. The process map begins upon receipt of the order from the client and is implemented strictly according to its initial requirements, taking into account additional requirements agreed during the implementation of the task and in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular in accordance with the Construction Law Act. Within the company, individual scopes of the study are coordinated to maintain consistency, even in the event of a change in the initial assumptions. The finalization of the task takes place after achieving the effect expected by the client, taking into account their observations or comments arising in the review process. The goal of each task is to fully satisfy the Customer.
III. Liability
Responsibility for the completed task in the scope of participation in the process of performing the commissioned works is strictly defined in the Construction Law Act. The responsibility for the implementation of the task and its timely completion rests with the company owner.
Responsibilities within the company in the field of partial studies are specified in detail in relation to the participants in the process of carrying out the commissioned work, taking into account the investor’s requirements, team connections, the deadline for handing over individual parts of the task. These requirements and the scope of work are described in the task order and accepted by the participants of the process. During the implementation of the task, the owner monitors the progress of work on an ongoing basis, with particular emphasis on the agreed implementation schedule.
